Ann I started my half marathon training in October, I honestly thought I could do this alone. Thankfully, I didn’t have to. Jessica stepped up to help by giving me monthly training sessions and goals. It’s now March and I have to admit to myself that I’m not making a lot of progress on my distance running. I’ve been slacking. Slacking a lot.
I need a push. I need to focus on my core and strength training. I want to crush my half marathon, not just cross a finish line. Thankfully, I’ve found the push that I need.
I’m very excited to let you all know that I’m going to be training with the amazing people at Blitz Conditioning for the next 90 days (or longer).
I’m going to be ramping up from 3 runs a week to a combination of 6 to 8 classes, one-on-one training sessions and runs a week. Officially moving from a little crazy to completely insane.
